About Us
St. Luke’s-Elks Rehab is a joint venture between St. Luke’s and Elks Rehab Hospital. We provide outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as social services. St. Luke’s-Elks Rehab was developed in 1996 with the objective of meeting the rehab needs of the Treasure Valley. Since that time, we have expanded to serve communities throughout Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. As part of a not-for-profit system, our team believes our purpose is to improve the quality of life of those we serve. This purpose is fulfilled without focusing on social class, position, or a person’s ability to pay. Our commitment to high quality patient care founded on research and evidence based practice has made St. Luke’s-Elks Rehab a top rehab provider and employer of choice.
